Summit Realty was formed in 1996 with just Greg Gardiner, partner Rob Prentice and a Receptionist, after being selected to open the first Summit Realty Franchise in a country area because of their high levels of achievement within the South West Real Estate Industry.

In 2003 the Summit Realty staff moved across town to a brand new professional office location in the heart of the CBD. In 2005 Summit Realty Bunbury expanded, announcing the opening of a Donnybrook branch, prompting a name change to Summit Realty South West.

Now in 2009 with a combined staff of over 54, Summit Realty South West is the biggest residential Real Estate agency in the region, specializing in all areas of Greater Bunbury & outer areas such as Binningup, Myalup, Preston Beach, Harvey, Brunswick, Burekup, Dardanup, Boyanup, Donnybrook & Collie.

Summit Realty’s unprecedented period of growth comes on the back of word from the Real Estate Institute of Western Australian announcing them as the 15th top selling agency in listings & sales in the state, for the 08/09 financial year.
