The wide, decked front verandah extends along the front of the home and wraps around the east side, providing plenty of space for the BBQ and outdoor setting. This is the perfect place to enjoy a summer afternoon BBQ or to catch the winter sun as you overlook the bush setting to the east.
At the front of the cottage is a cosy lounge area, with classic high ceilings and a wall unit for storage at one end. There are three oversized bedrooms, all with high ceilings and wide Jarrah floorboards. The house is currently set up to sleep 10 people with room for double beds and bunks in each bedroom.
At the rear of the cottage you will find a generous kitchen with upright electric stove as well as the Metters wood stove in the original fireplace. Adjacent to the kitchen there is plenty of space for a dining area with large windows overlooking the back patio and yard. The internal bathroom has a large shower, toilet, vanity and storage shelves for toiletries and towels.
At the rear of the home there is a paved patio area and the outhouse. There is plenty of room for a washing machine next to the concrete laundry trough. There is also a separate toilet which is a bonus if you have family and friends to stay.
There is a garden shed for storage and a great lemon tree ready for your catch of the day!
The flat block provides plenty of opportunity to put in a larger shed if required.
