The Heritage Old Stables was once a staging post and popular stopover for the weary traveller. The Heritage Stable originally belonged to the Blackwood Inn, now divided by the great South Western Highway (dubbed The Harvest Highway). A poplar drive in winter the South Western Highway sees the Blackwood Valley flood with tourists meandering through the hills from April through to November for a winter escape.
The historic stable gallery needs a new owner. The heritage old stables established in 1864 has so much character and rustic charm you will be mesmerised.
