The central kitchen is compact, but functional. There are ceiling fans throughout the house and a fireplace. Off the main living area there is a large sleep-out which could be used for an additional sleeping area or a games room. The laundry is external to the main house, located on the back verandah.
Outsitde there is a large timber deck on the east side, perfect for a relaxing afternoon, admiring the view. There is also a 7x4m lockup single garage and a large garden shed. There are very few large blocks in Myalup, and even fewer with the outlook of this block.
