The house is situated at the rear of the 815m2 block to make the most of the ocean views. There are two large deck areas - one on the south side, perfect for capturing the sea breeze on a summer afternoon. Plus there is a large, north facing deck at the rear - a lovely sunny, warm place to sit outdoors in the winter months.
As you enter from the front deck there is a large living area with reverse cycle air conditioner as well as a pot belly stove for the winter months. This adjoins a large open planned kitchen/dining area. Large windows capture the ocean views. There is a corner pantry, large fridge recess electric oven & hotplate and an island bench for extra storage and casual dining. There is timber laminate flooring throughout the living area. A sliding door leads to the rear deck.
A wide hallway leads to the rest of the house. There are two large bedrooms, complete with carpet, window treatments and ceiling fans, these overlook the front deck and the trees. The third bedroom is slightly smaller, but has the same features of the larger rooms.
The bathroom has neutral tiles and features a shower, large vanity and a bath. There is a double linen press in the hallway.
