IGA Mandurah in the Sands Shopping Complex is being offered leasehold.

IGA Mandurah has a long history of good trading with a large customer base of local people. The total floor area of the IGA Supermarket is 1132m2 and the complex has a large parking area with 13 other specialty shops.
