At the end of the road you head over the sand dunes and some days you might be the only one on beautiful Myalup beach.
Built in 2001/02, this commanding pole home secures views of the ocean & treetops and is perfectly placed to catch the cooling seabreeze in the afternoon.
Come up the staircase and you will find an extra wide decked verandah which provides plenty of space for lots of outdoor furniture, and a built in bar is sure to be well used entertaining.
The main living area is open planned and sliding doors allow guests to float between the indoor and outdoor areas. Timber floors and exposed beams give the living area a spacious coastal vibe. The recently renovated kitchen occupies a corner of the living area and the convenience of a scullery is an added bonus. A large tile fire is perfect for the winter months as you watch the weather roll in across the sea.
French doors lead to a second living area, providing an extra space for the kids with their toys or a quiet area to escape and watch TV.
A long hallway leads to the sleeping wing of the house. The master bedroom is right down the far end and has its own sliding door onto the deck. A walk through robe leads to an ensuite that will make you feel like you are staying in a 5 star resort – fully screened shower, double basins, large freestanding bath and a toilet, recently renovated, there is nothing to do but relax in the tub!
