Step inside, and you will be amazed at how the modern conveniences have been seamlessly integrated with 1950's décor.
The living area has plenty of character & coastal charm with wide Jarrah floorboards, dado walls painted white and coastal aqua contrasting walls. A reverse cycle air con provides a quick option for heating and cooling. At the other end of the living area is an open planned kitchen with everything you need - upright stove, microwave recess, new kitchen cupboards & drawers and the original 1950's overhead cupboards.
The master bedroom is at the front of the home, with plenty of room for a large bed, bedside tables & wardrobe. There is even air con in the master and the louvre window takes you a step back in time...
The second bedroom is at the rear of the home with plenty of room for a large single bed, or alternatively use some bunk beds to accommodate the kids!
Extensive work has been done to the outside area with creative use of decking to provide a spacious outdoor living area and undercover access to the outhouse. There is plenty of room for an outdoor dining table and a separate level, with built in bench for the BBQ.
The outhouse has also been renovated and is really functional for beachside living. There is a separate shower room finished with crisp white tiles, separate toilet and a good sized vanity. There is even room for a washing machine for longer term stays. A corrugated iron partition protects this area from wet weather and the incorporation of a storage room is also handy.
The backyard is terraced, which provides a fun space for the kids to explore, and the clever inclusion of a fire pit with built in bench seats has you dreaming about toasted marshmallows or a glass of red in front of the fire.
The property has plenty of parking at the front and a wide timber gate can be used to access the backyard.
