The front deck is the perfect place to sit and enjoy an evening drink, or to soak up some morning sunshine with your cup of coffee. The only sound you will hear is the birds in the trees around you.
Step inside, and you find a large living area at the front of the home. A sliding door separates the living room from a large bedroom, currently equipped with multiple bunk beds.
Behind the living area is the kitchen, which is like stepping back in time to a by-gone era with the Metters wood stove and vintage cabinetry. There is plenty of space for a dining area as well on this level, however the current owners use this for extra sleeping space with a double bed.
Step down from the kitchen to the laundry with a trough and a door to the outside. The bathroom has a shower, wall mounted basin & toilet.
Out the back, there is a small shed for storage and a carport runs down the side of the house, behind double gates. The rear of the block has peppy trees and extends down the hill, providing privacy from adjoining properties.
