At the front of the property you will find a single lockup garage, a great space to store all the toys for the beach, or lockup your beach 4wd when you head back to the city. A good sized storeroom on the other side of the entrance provides additional storage.
Come inside the wide sliding door at the front and you will find a large open planned living area that runs the full length of the home. Cathedral ceilings with exposed beams add to the feeling of space. Sliding doors at both ends of the living room are great for catching the breeze – cool easterly's in the morning and gentle sea breezes in the afternoon. A ceiling fan and cute pot belly stove also assist with temperature control.
The kitchen is at the far end of the home and has lovely views across to Lake Preston. Featuring a double sink, gas cooktop, kitchen cupboards as well as space for the fridge and anything else you might require.
There are two good sized bedrooms that are identical in size, with room for beds and occasional furniture.
