130 acres of prime grazing country in the Upper Capel Road area.
A feature of this lovely undulating property is good strong granite soil with some nice stands of trees on the steeper country. Lovely flats that have winter creeks that run through the middle of them also compliment and there are some great building sites with outstanding views to chose from. Currently there are cattle grazing on this property. Call Chris Cain on 0418 922 011 to view.
